某轻型货车驱动桥壳的有限元分析

摘    要:利用Pro/E软件建立驱动桥壳几何模型,然后通过数据输入接口转换为有限元模型。在有限元分析的基础上,得出桥壳典型工况的应力分布和变形情况。结果表明该驱动桥壳在强度和刚度方面均满足要求,验证了设计的合理性,为汽车驱动桥的强度评价及疲劳寿命估算提供了相关数据。

Abstract:The geometrical model of drive axle housing is established by Pro/E,and is transferred to the finite element mode through date input interface.On the basic of the FEA,stress distribution and deformation condition are got under the typical circumstance.The results show that the drive axle housing can meet the strength demand and stiffness demand.and the design rationality is confirmed.The related data can be provided for the automobile driving axle intensity appraisal and the fatigue life estimate.
