高校体育教学中开展心理健康教育初探

根据有关资料显示有相当一部分大学生存在心理健康问题,本文就高校体育教学中心理健康教育的现状、必要性、对策等几个方面进行探索与思考,以期引起有关教育部门、学校领导、广大体育教师以及有关心理学者的重视,改变传统的体育教学模式和理念,探索体育教学对大学生进行心理健康教育和社会适应能力培养的有效途径,从而有效提高大学生的心理素质和社会适应能力.

An Investigation of the Implementation of Mental Health Education in College Physical Education Program

Studies show that there exist quite a number of university students who share mental health problems of some kind.This essay conducts an in-depth study on the incorporation between mental health education and physical education,in terms of the current situation,the necessity and the measurement. Our aim is to call the attention of the corresponding educational division,university leaders,physical edu- cators and psychologists to this issue so much so that we can transform our modes or notions of traditional physical education,explore the effective ways that physical education can influence the mental health edu- cation and social adaptation of university students,and improve their mental quality and adaptation.
