新贸易壁垒对我国农产品出口的影响及对策研究

随着国际贸易的迅速发展,国际经济也进入了贸易摩擦的高发阶段,国际农产品贸易环境日趋复杂。与此同时,国际农产品贸易壁垒出现了诸多新特征,“知识产权壁垒”、“舆论壁垒”等新型贸易壁垒的出现使得我国农业在相当长的一段时期内将面临极其复杂的国际竞争环境。我国农产品进入国际市场难度加大的同时,也必将削弱农产品的竞争力。面对这种困境,我国政府和农产品出口企业应当适时采取相应对策,以保护我国农业大国地位。

With the rapid development of international trade and the appearance of the severe trade friction,the atmosphere of the international agricultural products trade is tending to be more complicated.Meanwhile,there are some new features appearing to the international agricultural products trade barrier.The appearance of the new trade barriers such as the"intellectual property barrier","publ ic opinion barrier",etc.,which made our agriculture in a long time have to face more and more complicated international competition environment,the difficulty of entering into the international market increases,at the same time,the competition capacity of the agricultural products weakens.Consequently,our government and the enterprises dealing in the export of the agricultural products should adopt some proper policies to maintain our position of being a great agriculture courtry.
