试论高校校园文化环境的育人功能

校园化最优越之处是它渗透式、陶冶式、隐蔽式的“无意识”教育，能起潜移默化作用，是素质教育尤其是思想政治教育的一种很受欢迎的行之有效的载体和方式，对促进大学生德智体全面发展，对培育“四有”新人，乃至对全社会精神明建设都具有十分重要的意义。为此，各级领导要高度重视，加大投入，加强管理；要强化思想政治教育功能；要有鲜明的成才导向；要发挥大学生主体意识，开展各种生动活泼的活动；要加强学风校风建设，培育和构建各有特色的“校园精神”；要走向社会，服务社会。

On Educational Function of Campus Culture Environment in Unirersities

The greatest advantage of university culture lies in its function of unconscious education in a permeable, mould and concealed way to quality education, particularly to political and ideological education, which is popular; effective and perceptible. It plays a significant role in enabling university students to develop morally, intellectually as well as physically in cultivating them with lofty ideals, moral integrity, sense of discipline, even in moral and ethic construction of the whole society. Therefore, leaders at all levels must pay much attention to the university culture, invest more, and strengthen the management of it. The function of political and ideological education and academic atmosphere construction must be strengthened. University leaders should carry out all kinds of vivid and vigorous activities, foster characteristic university spirit and propel university culture to society and make it serve society.
