从社会科学理论的本身特征看，它具有鲜明的系统性特征。基于对社会科学理论的系统性认识与理解，中国管理模式理论的发展，可以从几个方面进行预测：一是，从科学角度看，中国管理模式理论的发展应用价值将另赋予科学的特征；二是，从社会科学角度看，新的经济社会管理实践，将有力地推动中国管理理论的发展；三是，从社会发展角度看，中国管理模式理论会成为中国的“软实力”。
