昆明市“城中村”改造回迁安置房设计——以昆明市二环内为例

随着昆明市"城中村"改造的推进,其中回迁安置房的设计越来越受到重视。但当前回迁安置房的设计一般只是单纯的追求指标的达标与否,报规报建能否通过等政策性规定,而很少有人关心到底适不适合回迁居民的居住与生活。如何设计出比较符合"城中村"回迁居民这一特殊群体的住宅是亟待解决的问题。为了解决这一问题,笔者在昆明市展开了初步的调查和研究工作,在此基础上,对回迁安置房设计提出了一些问题和解决的思路性建议。

Kunming City ＂Urban Village＂ Reformation Movements for the Housing Design——Takes Kunming Ring Inside for Example

With the Kunming city renovation of city village in advance,which accelerated placement room design has been paid more and more attention.But the current movements for the housing design generally simply pursuit index standard or not,whether through newspaper gauge construction policy provisions,and few people care about the end suitable for accelerated residents living and life.How to design more in line with the villages of movements are the special groups of residential is the problem that solves urgently.In order to solve this problem,the author in the city of Kunming has launched a preliminary investigation and research work.On this basis,the movements for the housing design and puts forward some problems and solution suggestions.
