| 摘 要： | 科学发展观,是新一届中央领导集体对发展内涵、发展意义、发展本质的进一步深化和创新。较之十几年前邓小平南方谈话中提出的“发展才是硬道理”的发展理念,有许多相同点,也有其更为科学,更符合时代的精神。将科学发展观与邓小平以“发展才是硬道理”为核心的发展思想进行了比较,以图对科学发展观有更深入了解。

| Abstract: | The conception of scientific development is the result of further deepening and innovating the connotation of development, the meaning of development and the quality of development by the new central leading body. Compared with the idea of "Development is the absolute principle" given by DENG Xiao-ping during his tour to the south more than 10 years ago, the conception of scientific development has some similarities, and it is more scientific and is in line with the spirit of times. The author compares the concept of scientific development with DENG Xiao-ping's idea of development which is characterized by "Development is the absolute principle", in order to further understand the conception of scientific development. |
