| Abstract: | Beginning with the analysis of the impact of market economy system on construction projects evaluation, the paper puts stress on the research on the mathematical mould of evaluation index system of financial evaluation of newly built construction projects and on formulation of computer programs financial evaluation of newly built construction projects. The paper highlights the comprehensive financial evaluation mould more suited to newly built construction projects under the condition of market-oriented economy and offers practical examples of financial evaluation of newly built construction projects. |
