“简易法纯碱—烧碱生产链”研究

为乡镇企业设计了纯碱生产新工艺。探讨了重碱湿法“煅烧”并接着苛化制烧碱的工艺条件。为小碱厂在产品自消化和深加工方面提出了多种途径,可以克服单纯纯碱生产受碳酸氢铵价格影响,经济效益不稳定的缺陷,可以使企业有较强的应变能力,经济效益也可明显提高。

STUDIES ON "PRODUCT CHAIN ABOUT MANUFACTURING SODA—CAUSTIC SODA BY A KIND OF SIMPLE METHOD"

In this paper we have designed a kind of new technology of producing soda for the enterprise of villages and towns. The technological conditions of preparing caustic soda ty causticizing method, after the wet sodium bicarbonate is calcinated, are studied. It can make a simple soda—factory and has the wide prospects in the self—digestion and the further process of products. The drawback of unstatle economic benefit and effeect of NH_4HCO_3 price in production of soda are also overcome. the adoption ability and economic benefit of the enterprise will be greatly increased by the use of this technology
