摘    要:利用DSC测试了MRPA66,MFPET和MFPP三种云母填充的高子分复合材料在六种冷却速率下的非等温结晶DSC曲线.根据Ozawa方程,利用作者新编的“高聚物结晶动力学数据处理程序包”,处理了所得的DSC曲线,结果表明:MFPET和MFPP的非等温结晶过程是遵从Ozawa方程的,但在MRPA66的场合中,Ozawa理论已不适用. 本文首次利用Ozawa理论报导了MFRET和MFPP三种高分子复合材料六类样品的表观结晶活化能等非等温结晶动力学参数.实验结果还表明:当冷却速率小等于5K/分时,与成核效应及晶体生长维数有关的Ozawa指数只随结晶温度的改变略有变化;但当冷却速率大等于8K/分时,Ozawa指数将随结晶温度升高而迅速变大,此时已不宜用Ozawa方程来处理非等温结晶数据.

Abstract:The non-isothermal crystallization cuves of mica-reinforced polyamide 66(MRPA 66), mica-filled polyethylene terephthalate (MFPET) and micafilled polypropylene(MFPP) have been determined by DSC in six cooling rates (15, 10, 8,5. 2 and1 K/min) Using the package software for data processing the kinetics on the crystallization of polymers pogramed by authors, these DSC curves ware treated in terms of the Ozawa equation.It was found that the non-tsothermal crystallization of MFPET and MFPP follows the Ozawa equation, but in the case of MR PA 66 the Ozawa theory is not valid. This paper first reports the parameters of kinetics on the nonisothermal crystallization of MFPET and MFPP by Ozawa equation The resuls show that if the cooling rate is less than 5 K/min., the Ozawa exponent chanses slightly along with the change of crystallization temperature; if the cooling rate is greater than 8K/min. the Oza wa exponent quincreases along with the rising of the crystallization temperature.
