“转氨基作用”实验方法的改进

摘    要:用改进的无水乙醇∶水∶尿素∶氨水配方做为展层剂代替传统的展层剂———饱和酚来检测氨基移换作用后的氨基酸含量。改进后的实验方法降低了苯酚对人体的危害,简化了实验步骤,降低了实验成本,取得了良好的实验结果,绿色环保。

Abstract:Useing improved absolute alcohol: water: urea: ammonia water as developing reagent replaces traditional saturant phenol to detect the amino acids content of the transamination. The improved methods reduce the hazard of phenol. It simplifies experimental procedure, cuts duwn the cost of the experiment and gets very good results of the experiment. It is green environmental protection.
