构建大型仪器设备有偿使用管理模式探索

随着高校办学水平和规模的不断提高和扩大,大型仪器设备的拥有量迅速增加,如何提高其利用率和效益,促进高校实验室的内涵式发展,成为各高校共同面临的热点和难点问题。文章介绍了学校大型仪器设备的使用现状,分析了大型仪器设备利用率和共享率偏低的原因,提出了建立以激励和保障机制为主线的大型仪器设备开放共享制度,从转变意识、建立制度、收益分配到构建平台,较系统地提出了一套提高大型仪器设备利用率和共享率的管理体系。经试运行,全校大型设备年使用率和共享率有明显提高。

Exploration on construction of valuable apparatus paid usage

As the level of school running scale and continuously improved, the quantity of largesize apparatus and equipment has been increased rapidly, how to improve the utilization and efficiency, how to promote laboratory connotation type development, become the hot and difficult issues for colleges and universities. We introduce the present status of the service condition of largesize apparatus and equipment in our school, analysis the reason that why the large-scale instrument and equipment utilization and sharing ratio is low reason, put forward to establish an incentive and guarantee mechanism for the main line of the opening and sharing of large scale equipment system, from the transformation of consciousness, build system, accrual allocation to construct platform. We systematically put forward a set of improvement of valuable apparatus utilization and sharing rate management system. By the trial operation, utilization and sharing ratio of valuable apparatus is improved.
