| 摘 要： | 学习者之间存在着个体差异，同一种教学方法、教学内容不可能对所有人适用。高职生入学时英语基础参差不齐。实行分级教学，合理运用教材教法，有助于提高学生的英语水平。

| Abstract: | There are individual differences among learners. The same teaching m ethod and contents don't suit with everyone. Because of the different English le vel of the freshmen, it is helpful to the students to raise their English Level if grading teaching, suitable textbooks and teaching methods are applied. |
