摘    要:从生物学和物理学两方面对新颁布的《城市供水水质标准》中非常重要的微生物指标隐孢子虫和贾第鞭毛虫的可替代检测指标进行了论述和比较,指出虽然还不能找到明确的定论,但研究表明,颗粒计数法仍是目前比较合适的可替代的“两虫”检测方法。

Abstract:From the aspects of the biology and the physics, this paper makes discussion on and comparison of some measuring indexes that can replace the Paruvm and Giardia, very important microbiological indexes set in the newly issued , and points out that although the clear conclusion cannot be defined yet, the study shows that the granule counting method is the more adequate replaceable method for testing the Paruvm and Giardia at present.
