车用柴油机气缸套Ni-Co-P-MoS2镀层寿命的智能预测

摘    要:针对硼铸铁车用柴油机气缸套磨损严重现象,在考虑车用柴油机气缸套工况的基础上,在其基材上电镀Ni-Co-P-MoS2镀层并进行耐磨对比试验,以Ni-Co-P-MoS2镀层磨损量为基础,采用函数链神经网络建立车用柴油机气缸套Ni-Co-P-MoS2镀层寿命智能预测模型.研究结果表明:在相同条件下,车用柴油机气缸套Ni-Co-P-MoS2镀层能在很大程度上提高车用柴油机气缸套的使用寿命;车用柴油机气缸套Ni-Co-P-MoS2镀层的预测剩余寿命比较接近车用柴油机气缸套Ni-Co-P-MoS2镀层的实际寿命.
