| 摘 要： | 研究了一维对称双势垒的定态波函数问题，并发现在这种势场分布下存在共振态，如果单个势垒的透射系数很小，则共振态能级很接近于单个势阱的束缚态本征能级。

| Abstract: | The stationary states in a symmetric one-dimensional double barrier are theoretically studied. Some resonant states are found in this potential distribution. The energy levels are almost the same as the eigenenergies of bound states in a square wall,provided that transmissivity of each single barrier in negligible. |
