摘    要:以活化微碳圆盘电极为工作电极,铂电极为对电极,Ag/AgCl电极为参比电极,研究了鸟嘌呤的电化学行为。在pH=8.20的Britton-Robinson(B-R)缓冲溶液中,鸟嘌呤于0.780 V有一氧化峰。工作电极在1.0 mol·L^-1的NaOH溶液中活化5 min后,鸟嘌呤氧化电流响应明显提高。氧化峰电流和鸟嘌呤浓度在1.0×10^-6~1.0×10^-4 mol·L^-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检测限为6.0×10^-8 mol·L^-1。对5.0×10^-5 mol·L^-1鸟嘌呤溶液进行10次的连续重复测定,相对标准偏差为4.30%,表明稳定性良好。这种法操作简便、快速灵敏,用于实际样品阿昔洛韦片中鸟嘌呤含量的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:In this paper, the electrochemical behavior of guanine is studied on a micro-disc carbon electrode which is activated in 1.0 mol·L^-1 NaOH solution for 5 minutes and the activation process obviously improves the oxidation current of guanine. Under the optimized condition, Britton-Robinson(B-R) buffer(pH=8.20),the peak current, shows good linear relationship with guanine concentration in the range of 1.0×10^6-l.0×10^-4 mol·L^-1,and the detection limit is 6.0×10^-8 mol·L^-1. The relative standard deviation of 10 consecutive detections is 4.30% at the concentration level of 5.0×10^-5 mol·L^-1,showing the good stability of the method. Moreover,the method is simple, fast, sensitive and selective, and has been successfully applied to determine guanine in Aciclovir Tablets with satisfied results.
