| 摘 要： | 随着我国市场经济体制的逐步确立,施工企业之间的竞争日趋激烈。如何提升项目化管理能力,成为施工企业发展的关键。在分析项目化管理内涵的基础上,构建了项目化管理指标体系,根据专家调研数据,用层次分析法构造判断矩阵,计算出指标层的权重,进行一致性检验,得出了施工企业项目化管理的关键影响因素。施工企业通过提高关键影响因素,可有效增强项目化管理能力,为企业持续发展提供参考。
