尿沉渣检测对肾脏疾病诊断的临床意义

摘    要:目的:通过检测尿液中有形成分和生化指标协助诊断肾脏疾病.方法:采用普通显微镜和特殊显微镜对尿液成分进行具体的观察同时应用UF50全自动尿液分析仪对尿液的成分及电导率的检测,进行系统的分析,分类汇总,绘制统计学曲线.结果:通过显微镜观察、干化学及UF50三方面综合检测尿液,检测效果优于单方面对尿液的检测更加准确快速的诊断肾脏疾病.结论:通过三种方法的优势互补可以提高尿液检测的特异性和准确度,更有利于支持临床诊断.
