| 摘 要： | 以风花菜的茎尖为试验材料,研究了不同的生长调节剂对风花菜茎尖初代培养的影响.结果表明:初代培养的最佳生长调节剂配比为:NAA0.5mg/L+6-BA1.5mg/L,每外植体产生芽数5.1个,株高为5.21cm.

| Abstract: | The effect of growth regulator on primary culture ofRorippa islandicastem apex was stud-ied.The result indicated that: The optimum combination was NAA0.5mg/L and 6-BA 1.5mg/L in the primary culture process,The each explant generating number of buds were 5.1,plant height was 5.21 cm. |
