| 摘 要： | 一、引言 智能化经济决策支持系统(IEDSS)是在国家科委大别山地区科技扶贫方针指引下,地区政府与华中理工大学联合研制的计算机辅助决策工具。旨在制定中长期发展战略规划——十年规划和“八·五”计划,跟踪监控其实施,并据以采取适应的调整措施以确保区域经济在持续、稳定、协调发展总趋势下的加速增长,通过科技长入经济,导致结构优化。它是具有人工智能的计算机软件系统和此软件系统赖以工作的计算机及其外围设备等硬件系统的总称。该系统与决策者、环境(各该地区)和这种背景条件所产生的决策任务所组成的结构体系作为一个整体,称决策系统(图1)。决策支持

| Abstract: | : The authors' focus of attention is on AI-aided DSS design and implementation. Based on the concept of generalized modelling and the combination of simulation and AI technique, an integrated knowledge base management system has been developed. It is used to manage the model base, data base as well as the dialog base in a unified and harmonious way so that the problem solving process can be automated. The users of IEDSS are high ranking leders of the Nanyang Region and the system is installed in government offices for providing support to all the three stages of decision-making namely information, design and selection. The advanced multi-window technique in its man-mchine interface rises the effectiveness and flexibility significantly in use. |
