应变式电子测力系统设计

摘    要:为改善传统机械指针式测力计读数不便、灵敏度低且稳定性差的不足,采用电阻应变片及等强度梁设计了一种电子应变式测力计,选择灵敏度高且具有温度自补偿功能的全桥电路作为测量电路,测量信号经滤波、放大处理后接入ADC0804进行A/D转换,最后通过单片机AT89C52将转化后的测力值显示在LCD1602液晶显示器上。所设计测力计测量范围为0~100 N,输出相关系数为99.8%,分度值可达0.1 N。该基于单片机的测力系统具有结构简单便于携带、操作方便、显示直观及精度高等优点,适用于现代工业生产中微小力的检测。

Abstract:This paper is an attempt to eliminate inconvenient readings,low accuracy and poor stability revealed by the traditional mechanical pointer dynamometers.The effort consists of the design of a kind of electronic dynamometer with resistance strain gauge and beam of constant strength,the use of full-bridge circuit with a higher sensitivity and temperature self-compensation function as measurement circuit,the access of the measuring signal into ADC0804 through the filter and amplification circuit,for A/D conversion,and displaying of the converted measurement force in the LCD1602 LCD monitor by AT89C52 single-chip microcomputer.The paper offers the measurement range of designed dynamometer of 0-100 N,and division value of 0.1 N.The force measurement system based on SCM boasts a more simple structure,easier operation,more intuitional display,and higher precision,lending itself more to the detection of small force in modern industrial production.
