经济参与和云南少数民族妇女发展

1995年,举世瞩目的第四次世界妇女大会在北京召开。当时的国家主席、中共中央总书记江泽民出席会议,并庄严地向世界承诺“将把男女平等作为促进我国社会发展的一项基本国策”。1995年第四次世界妇会大会以来,妇女特别是少数民族妇女取得了哪些发展呢？文章将从经济参与和少数民族妇女发展关系这一视角,就少数民族妇女在经济参与中的特点,少数民族妇女参与经济活动所产生的影响,阻碍少数民族妇女经济参与的因素及提高经济参与的措施作探索性分析。

Economic Participation and Yunnan Ethnic Women Development

The grand fourth World Women Congress was held in Beijing in 1995.Jiang Zemin,the former Chinese Chairman and General Secretary of the Central Committee of Communist Party of China attended the congress,and solemnly announced to the world:"We will consider the equality between men and women as a basic national policy to promote our social development." Since the fourth World Women Congress in 1995,what development the women especially the ethnic women have made? This thesis,from the view of the relationship between economic participation and ethnic women development,illustrates the character of ethnic women in the economic participation,the influence of ethnic women's participation in the economic activities,the hindering factors of their participation and measures on how to improve their participation.
