| 摘 要： | 运用DEA模型和LINDO规划法结合的方法对我国31个地区我国医药高新技术产业科技投入包括绩效的分析可以看出:我国东部地区医药高新技术产业非有效程度低于中、西部地区,非DEA有效的决策单元是产出的不足和投入的过剩共同存在的结果,医药高新技术产业的各投入指标对产出指标存在显著的正向影响。
