举办青少年发明创新竞赛及知识产权教育活动的实践与探索

回顾了近5年来太原市举办青少年发明创新竞赛的工作实践,分析总结了5届竞赛的组织形式、竞赛方式及内容,并从创新能力的认知,举办竞赛应遵循的原则,改进竞赛的内容和方式,以及建立鼓励青少年创新的物质条件和社会机制等方面对该项工作进行了思考与展望。

The Practice and Exploration of Holding Teenagers'Invention & Innovation Competition and Intellectual Property Education Activity

This paper reviews the working practice of holding teenagers＇ invention ＆ innovation competition in nearly five years in Taiyuan, analyzes and sums up the organizational forms, competition modes and contents of the five competitions, and makes considerations about and prospect of this work from the cognition of innovation ability, the principle of holding the competition, the contents and methods of improving the competition, and the establishment of the material conditions and social mechanism of encouraging teenagers＇ innovation, etc.
