摘    要:可持续发展是人类社会协调发展的必然取向,也是我国科技攻关的核心与重点,本文在可持续发展信息共享的基础上,构造基于人口、资源、经济、环境和科技子系统为核心要素的PREEST系统模型;并在完成对可持续发展系统评价的前提下,对系统的发展和运行进行规划和优化探索,以期通过对基于可持续发展信息共享的研究,为我国社会的协调发展提供理论指导和决策依据。

Abstract:Sustainable development is not only the certain tropism of the society concerted development, but also the core and emphases of our tackle key problem in science and technology. In this essay, based on the information share, the new PREEST system model has been put forward on the population, resource, economy, environment and science & technology. At the same time, the layout and optimization of PREEST system's development and run have been explored after assessing the sustainable development. All these may be the theory guidance and the science basis for our sustainable development.
