摘    要:能量收支反映的是自然条件下动物的能量摄入与能量消耗之间的平衡,是动物生存机制和生理生态学特征研究的重要指标.目前,研究小型哺乳动物能量收支的方法是采用代谢笼测定法,其不足是:在实验过程中,动物的体重一直在降低,而实验结束后,动物的粪便、尿液和食物残渣不易准确分离出来,这样就影响到采用该方法测定动物能量收支的准确性.使用烘干的巢材,保持动物在原饲养笼中,减少环境变化对动物造成的影响.比较了使用巢材和在原饲养笼中使用金属网垫两组动物的能量收支,结果显示在原饲养笼中使用巢材测定能量收支状况能更好地反映动物的真实状况.

Abstract:Energy budget reflects the balance of animals' energy intake and consumption in nature.It is the significant target in researching animals' survival mechanism and physiological ecology characteristics.At present,metabolic cages are adopted in small mammals energy budget researches.However,body mass of experimental animals reduce at all times in the cages during experiment courses,and feces,urine and food residue uneasy to be separated exactly after experiment.So,using this method will influence accuracy of the results.In this article,we use dried nest,holding animals in their quondam feeding cages,in order to reduce the influence of rearing conditions.We also compare the results with energy budget of the animals which use mesh in their quondam feeding cages.Our results reveal that we can measure small mammals' energy budget well and truly using dried nest in animal's quondam feeding cage.
