摘    要:提出了一种空间自由曲面平头立铣刀无过切干涉的刀位轨迹自动生成的新方法,对三轴和五轴联动数控加工的情形都加以了详细论述,并在计算机上成功地实现了无过切干涉刀位轨迹的自动生成.

Abstract:Based on the analyses of advantages and disadvantages of the current NC machining of sculptured surfaces using the flat end cutter, a new method is proposed for the automatic generation of the flat end cutter path without overcut interference during machining. The situations in both 5 axis and 3 axis NC machining are discussed. The automatic path generation has been successfully realized on a computer.
