Construction of Electrochemical Sensing Interface Based on Hollow PtCu Nanocomposite and Its Detection for 2-Hydroxyanthraquinone |

Abstract: | The hollow PtCu nanocomposite has a large specific surface area and good permeability due to the interior hollow structure and rough porous surface,which can improve the electron transfer rate and oxidation peak current of 2-hydroxyanthraquinone effectively.An electrochemical sensing platform with high selectivity and sensitivity is developed for the fast determination of 2-hydroxyanthraquinone.The electrochemical oxidation behaviors of 2-hydroxyanthraquinone are investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry.The electrolyte,amount of modifier,and accumulation conditions are optimized.Under the optimal conditions,the linear range is 0.80 nmol/L~50μmol/L and the limit of detection is 0.60 nmol/L(R_(SN)=3).The method is successfully applied to detect 2-hydroxyanthraquinone in environmental samples. |
