家用冰箱部件模型的分析与建模思想

摘    要:依据自顶向下的软件开发方法,从用户对冰箱动态仿真软件的功能需要入手,分析了冰箱整机及各个部件在不同时刻,不同工况下的动态运行特性,提出了各部件的建模思想及模型选取策略,根据当前仿真技术水平及硬件条件,认为压缩机采用稳态模型,蒸发器和冷凝器采用动态分相集中参数模型,毛细管采用稳态模型,箱体负荷计算采用传递函数模型比较合适,根据以上思想建立的冰箱仿真各个部件的模型,已成功地用于冰箱仿真软件的开发。

Abstract:According to the process of the software development method of From Top To Bottom? users?demands of functions of household refrigerator-freezer simulation software are analyzed at first, then dynamic characteristics of a household refrigerator and its components at different time and under different conditions are discussed, and next the model-building and model-selecting strategies are put forward in this paper. Under the simulation level and computer hardware level nowadays, the steady model of compressor, the separated-phase lumped-parameter dynamic models of condenser and evaporator, the steady model of capillary tube and the z-transfer function model for thermal load calculation of cabinet are considered appropriately. Components models based on the above strategies have been used for the development of simulation software of household refrigerator-freezers successfully.
