| 摘 要： | 技术发展自主论不考虑社会因素,社会建构论却又忽视了社会因素中的结构性力量。考察权力对技术的影响是试图突破两者局限的理论新视角,而军事技术的特殊性使得军事技术远比一般技术更容易受社会制度、国家权力等结构性因素的影响。文章从概念上分析了"权力"与"国家干预"、"自由"的关系,论证了"国家干预"与"自由"何以可以作为权力影响军事技术的表现,以及为何要存在"国家干预"与"自由"两极。
