| Abstract: | Using the social exclusion as a conceptional tool,this paper analyzes on the causes of the generation of rural surplus labor from the angle of the market exclusion,and from the angles of the structure exclusion,system exclusion and function exclusion,probes into the restricting mechanism of influencing the effective transfer of rural surplus labor. |
