试论高校图书馆与大学生素质教育

大学生素质教育是一项复杂的系统工程 ,实施素质教育是高校图书馆义不容辞的责任。高校图书馆要不断优化馆藏 ,加快现代化建设 ,利用现代信息技术 ,提高大学生捕获知识信息的能力 ,大力开展藏书宣传及读书活动 ,强化馆员的服务育人意识 ,创造优雅的服务育人环境 ,以不断完善和增强其在提高大学生素质方面的功能和作用。

On the Libraries in Colleges and Universities and the Quality-oriented Education of College Students

The libraries in colleges and universities are committable to the implementation of quality-oriented education in colleges and universities which is a complicated system project. Therefore, the li-braries in colleges and universities should keep bettering the storage in the libraries, rapid the construction of modernization and enhance the ability of college students to capture the intellective information by taking advantage of modern information techniques; meanwhile, the libraries should launch activities vigorously to publicize the books in store and encourage students to read. Meanwhile, the libraries should cultivate the sense of serving and educating students in the librarians and create a graceful and proper surrounding so as to perfect and strengthen continuously the function of libraries with a view to promote the quality of college students.
