| 摘 要： | 本文认为，高等教育个性化是追求和实现高等教育内核个性和外显个性的过程。个性化是国际化的基础。国际化是个性化的实现途径及其表现。根据我国高等教育的现实处境，文章主张在教育国际化中，中国高等教育要有个性化发展。并从观念、自主性、教师、制度和文化五个方面，探讨中国高等教育的个性化。

| Abstract: | This paper holds that to realize the individuation of higher education is a process in which the core individuality and exterior individuality of higher education are pursued and acquired.The individuation is the base of the internationalization which is the realizing way and the expression of the individuation.According to the realistic situation of the higher education in our country,this essay advocates to develop the individuation of the Chinese higher education in the educational internationalization,and discusses the individuation of the Chi - nese higher education from the five aspects:educational viewpoint,self-determination,teacher,system and cul - ture. |
