| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种数控自动编程系统和数控代码仿真系统。自动编程系统实现数控加工程序的自动生成。仿真系统模拟数担数控机床硬件插补原理,在计算机上动态地模拟出刀具运动轨迹,实现非实际切削过程中的数控代码验证。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a NC Automatic Programming subsystem and NC code simulation subsystem. The former realizes automatic formation of NC program and the last simulates NC tool hardware interpolation process. The motion orbit of cutting-tool is simulated dynamically on the computer screen, with test and verification of NC program achieved in the non-real cutting process. |
