钟式高炉料流轨迹问题的研究

摘    要:实验表明,大钟开启后,炉料未到大钟规定行程就漏料完毕。料量、行程与开钟速度之间存在着一定关系。实际料流在运动中离开钟面的角度不是大钟角度,而是要大些,料流的中心不在大钟行程的 1/2处,而是要稍低些。碰撞点是批重的函数。

Abstract:It was shown experimentally that after opening the large bell the furnaceburden had already been released thoroughly before the burden completes itstravel predesigned in bell. Relationships between batch size, burden travel inbell and the opening speed of bell are therefore discussed and established. As amatter of fact, the burden flow released from bell did not move along thedesigned bell angle but along a slightly larger angle, and the centre of burdenflow was not at the half point of burden travel in bell but slightly lower. Itis proved that the position of colliding point is the function of batch size.
