Pb0.5Sn0.5电沉积不同生长阶段的形貌变化和微观成分分析

摘    要:制备了准二维的Pb0.5Sn0.5合金电沉积物,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、和电子探针(EPMA)微区成分分析研究了沉积物的形貌变化和微观成分.通过研究发现,整个沉积过程经历了3个阶段.每一阶段的形貌特征和微观成分有明显的区别.分析表明生成不同形貌和微观成分的3个阶段各有其不同的主要的生长控制因素,分别是电化学反应、电场屏蔽效应和生长前端的离子浓度周期性变化.

Abstract:The Pb-Sn electrodeposition in quasi-two dimension has been performed.The morphology and microstructure of the codeposit have been investigated by XRD,SEM and EPMA.It is found that the growth of the codeposit comes through three stages.There are distinct characteristics of morphologies and microstructures in each stage.It is found that the characteristics of morphologies and microstructures in these stages correspond to three main dynamic mechanisms,which are electrochemical polarization,screen effect and concentration vibration in the growth interface,respectively.
