| 摘 要： | 本文报导以杂多酸H_4SiW_(12)O_(40)(HSW)为催化剂,以氯代叔丁烷为烷基化试剂,在常压和55—75℃的反应条件下,对酚及酚醚类化合物进行叔丁基化反应合成BHT,BHA,DBH等抗氧剂.此法的特点是操作简便,反应速度快,收率高,反应条件温和,选择性高.

| Abstract: | The antioxidants BHT. BHA. DBH and two similar compounds were prepared by t-butylation of the phenols and anisolcs compounds using t-butyl chloride as the alkylation reagent and hetcropoly acid HSW(H4SiW12O40) as the catalystt under normal atmosphere pressure and 55 to 75C. This method has simple procedure, fast reaction rate, high yields, mild reaction condition and high selectivity. |
