基于运营视角的产品族规模

摘    要:产品族规模一直是两难问题。通过讨论产品族规模效用和产品族成本,分析了产品族整体利润最大化的决策条件,得到产品族规模与价格的最优决策路径。研究表明:产品族规模与价格并不直接相互影响;产品族规模效用、消费者分布和产品族产品项目变动成本分布是影响产品族规模与价格决策的重要因素。

Abstract:Product family scale is a dilemma for enterprise.To analyze the condition of maximizing product family profit,this paper discusses the utility of product family scale and product family cost.The optimal decision path of product family scale and pricing is deduced through the condition investigation.The research shows that product family scale and price do not affect each other directly,and that utility of product family scale,distribution of consumer,distribution of product family items variable costs influence the product family scale and pricing decisions.
