铅和铅锑合金阳极膜的XPS和AES分析

摘    要:利用XPS技术观测1.35V恒电位极化形成的铅和铅锑合金阳极膜,发现锑对阳极膜表面层二氧化铅的生长有明显抑制作用;利用AES结合Ar+刻蚀技术对其内层主要组成元素作深度分布分析,发现锑能够显著提高阳极膜内部二氧化铅的含量,从而使铅锑合金阳极膜较之纯铅阳极膜具有更为优越的导电性.

Abstract:The anodic films on lead and lead antimony alloys formed in sulfuric acid solution at potentiostatic polarization were investigated by means of the XPS and AES methods. The antimony in the alloy inhabited the growth of lead dioxide on the surface of the anodic film. On the other hand, it encouraged the growth of lead dioxide in the inner part of the anodic film. The antimony in the anodic film tended to migrate from its inner part to its surface.
