| Abstract: | China Education and Research Network (CERNET) is a nation-wide education and research network infrastructure. It will give a great impetus to China's education, research and economic developments. CERNET consists of backbone, regional networks and campus networks. The design of South-East China and Shanghai regional networks in the first phase, is described in this paper. |
