摘    要:分子杂交技术是分子生物学和基因工程研究、教学中常用的实验技术。常规方法存在成本高、效率低、安全性低等不足,需要发展高效、快速、低成本、安全、简捷的适合本科生教学的分子杂交方法。文章结合教学和科研实践,提出利用普通的Taq酶进行PCR探针标记的改进方法,结果发现该方法简便、效率高和成本低,非常适合本科生基因工程实验教学。

Abstract:Molecular hybridization technology is an important and based technology for research and teaching of molecular and genetic engineering. But the common methods are high-cost, low-efficiency and unsafe. So it is important to develop a high-efficiency, rapid, low-cost, safe, simple and convenient molecular hybridization method for teaching. Based on experience of teaching and research, an improvement labeling method for the molecular hybridization was used, results indicated the PCR labeling using Taq DNA polymerase was a low-cost, high-efficiency and rapid DNA labeling method. The method was adapted to genetic engineering teaching.
