| 摘 要： | 本文较为详细地介绍了十年来型钢生产及型钢轧机的发展,由于采用了一系列新技术:无孔型轧制,直接轧制,计算机线性模拟实时控制等,使得型钢产品的精度提高,轻型和超轻型产品得到开发,能量消耗降低.在设备方面,增大轧机刚度,采用快速调整装置和自动化精整设备,使生产能力显著提高,降低了劳动强度.

| Abstract: | This paper describes the advance in the production of section steel during the last decade.Because of using a series of new techniques the unpa st rolling, the direct rolling and the computer lineal" simulating ontime control and so on, of the aeocuracy sections was advanced, the light and superlight sections were develpened and the consumption of energy was decreased. In the aspect of equipment, the modulus of mill is higher than before. Because of using fast adjusting set and automatic finishing system,the aim of increa sing yield and decrea sing manual operation has been achieved. |
