摘    要:本文用三维有限单元法对双圆弧齿轮在载荷作用下接触区长度和螺旋角与齿腰和齿根的应力关系进行了分析,通过计算得出最大应力的位置与接触区长度的变化关系。指出,存在一个临界接触区长度,当实际载荷作用接触区长度超过该值时,则齿根应力大于齿腰应力,否则齿腰应力大于齿根应力。同时指出,齿顶也是产生裂纹的危险部位。

Abstract:The 3- dimensional finite method is applied to a stepped gear with doublecircular- are teeth under loading to analyze the stress dependences of toothmiddle and root on the length of contact area and helix angle. The relationshipbetween the location where maximum stress occurs and the length variationof contact area is thus obtained. There is a critical length of contact area,by which it can be justified that the stress in tooth root is larger than thatin tooth middle if the actual length of contact area under loading is greaterthan the criterion, and vice versa. The addendum is also proved a dangerouspart of cracking.
