中日大学生职业生涯教育比较研究

通过比较中日两国大学生职业生涯教育的发展背景、职业生涯教育策略的实施现状，深入分析中日两国大学生职业生涯教育的思路、方法，从中发现共性与差异，总结成果，并在借鉴日本职业生涯教育成功经验的基础上，构建符合我国国情的系统性、全程性、专业性和高效性的大学生职业生涯教育体系，从根本上解决高校学生培养与就业需求的供需矛盾，全面推进和深化高校素质教育改革。

A Comparative Study on Career Education between Chinese and Japanese College Students

In this paper, on the comparison of the development background of career education and the implementation of career education strategy in both Chinese and Japanese college students, an in-depth analysis on the goal and approach of their career education, as well as the similarities, differences and achievements is to be explored. Based on the successful Japanese career education, a system of full, professional and efficient career education for Chinese college students is expected to be established, hence, to handle the contradiction of the supply and demand between the university and the job market. As a result, quality edu- cation reform in colleges and universities is to be fully promoted.
