| 摘 要： | 研究了矢量量化最优码书的形成条件，以多级矢量量化和模拟退火技术为基础，提出一种基于模拟退火技术的多级矢量量化编码方案。实验证明，该算法不仅降低了计算的复杂度和码书存储量，而且在较高压缩比下可获得较好的图像恢复。

| Abstract: | From the cost analysis of data communication service,the tatiff models of the service are studied.On the basis of user classification for the service,the methods of cost share to different kind of user and the models of the cost calculation according to the number of user and interface are presented.The charge level of this service and the models of tariff structure are proposed.The reasonable profit ratio of the service has been discussed. |
