摘    要:介绍了基于虚拟仪器开发的汽车刹车盘表面粗糙度测量系统,给出了该系统的硬件和软件实现方法,分析了测量中误差产生的原因并提出了相应的解决办法,该系统具有测量精度高、效率高、可靠性高等优点.

Abstract:This paper introduces a surface roughness measuring system of automobile brake disc based on virtual instrument.It describes the implementation method of hardware and software.Furthermore,the causes of error and methods of increasing measuring accuracy are discussed.The system has many advantages such as high accuracy,high efficiency and dependability.
