| Abstract: | It is pointed out that the development of college library must insist on humanoriented principle,and take the scientific development concept as guiding ideology,which is declared in the 3rd Assembly of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC.The knowledge structure and level of the library staff should be improved by continuing education,in order to improve the overall quality of library staff. |
