| 摘 要： | 比较了４种单一提取剂在不同提取温度、提取时间以及不同土液比条件下，对褐土土壤中有效态镍（Ｎｉ）含量分别进行提取试验及相关性测验。结果表明，在２５～３０℃，提取平衡６０～１２０ｍｉｎ范围内，温度对提取Ｎｉ量未产生显著影响（ＨＣｌ提取剂除外）。随平衡时间的延长和土液比的减小，提取Ｎｉ量有逐渐增加趋势。提取率（提取能力）随土液比减小有增强趋势（ＤＴＰＡ除外），而在不同水平Ｎｉ土壤中，提取能力存在差异并表现一定规律性。对提取Ｎｉ量与小麦茎叶中Ｎｉ含量所作相关性研究表明：提取平衡６０ｍｉｎ，土液比１∶５，用０．１ｍｏｌ／ＬＣａＣｌ２提取剂提取褐土有效态Ｎｉ较为适宜。
