| 摘 要： | 综合运用文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计等方法,在对奥运争光计划基础实力目标体系综合分析的基础上,用层次分析法对基础实力的各项指标进行综合评价.结果表明：运动员的运动技术水平、教练员的业务能力、奥运经费的配置和使用、运动员各层次比例、基地设施的器材设备、科研队伍的科研能力等几个指标是在具体评价过程中应重点考察的方面.

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature,expert interview and mathematical statistics,the authors studied the evaluation systems of the basic power on the Program of Win Honour for Olympic.The results show that the important facets of the evaluation systems are the following indexs: the sport technic of athletes,the operation ability of coaches,the collocation and employ of capital and the level proportion of athletes,et al. |
